–Building #1 (minimum 2,500 open SM on the ground floor, Maximum around 5,000 SM, one side at least 50m long to accommodate the machine line; Ceiling height −− should be 6m−9m; Floor load for the ground floor—5 tons ~10tons per square meter，Natural gas)
廠房#1：
l  面積（2,500−5000平方米），一樓面積需要開放的至少2,500平方米
l  高度/寬度: 6−9米高， 至少有一面是能提供50米的長度安裝生產(chǎn)線。
l  一樓樓面受重至少在5~10噸每平方米
l  附近最好必須要有天然氣管道提供
              –Building #2 (minimum 1,500 open SM on the ground floor, and about 4,500 SM total)
廠房#2：
l  面積：一樓至少1,500平方米，總共面積4,500平方米
l  高度/寬度: 6米
l  一樓樓面受重至少在5噸每平方米
 
3.       Locations/地點
We prefer the two buildings to be away from each other, ideally 10 to 30 minutes apart as close to where we are as possible in a large industrial park filled with other big factories in Zhuhai, where it is unlikely for the government to reclaim the area for other developments.
              最好兩座廠房距離10−30分鐘車程，都坐落在大的工業(yè)區(qū)。
